Terms of service

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Big Kitty Labs (“we”), who make Proty. By creating an account or using Proty you agree to them. If you use Proty for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you can.

  1. 1. Your account

You need an account to use Proty. Give accurate details, keep your password and two-factor codes private, and tell us at support@proty.app if you think someone else has access.

You're responsible for what happens in your account and in workspaces you own, including what members you invite do there.

  2. 2. Workspaces and members

A workspace belongs to its owner. Owners and admins decide who is a member and what role they have. Prototypes created in a workspace belong to the workspace, not to the member who made them.

When a member leaves or is removed, their access ends; what they made stays in the workspace.

  3. 3. Plans, trials and payment

Free is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Team is billed per member, and changes to membership are prorated.

Paid plans may start with a free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't refund partial periods except where the law requires it. Prices may change; we'll tell workspace owners at least 30 days before a change applies to them.

If a payment fails, we'll retry and email the workspace owner. If it stays unpaid, the workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing you've made is deleted because of it.

  4. 4. Usage limits and fair use

Each plan includes a number of generation runs and agent edits per billing period. When a workspace reaches its limit, new runs pause until the period resets or the plan changes.

Running generations on your own model key is subject to that provider's terms and charges, which you pay directly. Don't use automation to get around limits or to overload the service.

  5. 5. Your content

You keep all rights to the briefs, uploads, documents and prototypes you put into or create with Proty. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run the service for you, including sending them to the AI models that generate your outputs.

We don't use your content to train AI models. Share links are public to anyone who has them; revoke a link from the share dialog to stop it working.

Generated outputs may be similar to outputs others receive. Check them before you rely on them; AI can be wrong.

  6. 6. Acceptable use

Don't use Proty to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, collect other people's data without permission, impersonate others, or create content that is harmful or deceptive, such as phishing pages that imitate real companies.

We may suspend accounts or workspaces that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

  7. 7. Service changes and availability

We work to keep Proty available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. We may change or remove features; if we remove a paid feature, we'll offer a prorated refund or a fair alternative.

  8. 8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. Deleting it removes your personal workspace and its prototypes. Workspaces you share with others must be transferred or deleted first.

We may end your access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Where we can, we'll give you time to export your work.

  9. 9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
